- A complete unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully visible.
- The video must clearly show the packaging condition and the product without cuts, pauses, or edits.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
If the required video proof is not provided, we may not be able to process the exchange request.
Exchange Request Time Limit
Customers must report any damaged or defective product within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this time period may not be accepted.

How to Request an Exchange
